Luna Mumma — Returns & Refunds Policy (Australia)

At Luna Mumma, we want you to feel confident and supported in every stage of motherhood. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

This policy applies to orders delivered within Australia.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


Change of Mind Returns

Due to the personal nature of many of our products (including maternity, wellness, breastfeeding, and hygiene-related items), we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection for hygiene and safety reasons.

Please choose carefully and contact us before purchase if you have any questions — we’re happy to help.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is:

• faulty
• damaged in transit
• not as described
• incorrect

please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We may ask for:

your order number
a description of the issue
photos of the product and packaging

Once assessed, we will arrange one of the following, at no cost to you:

replacement
refund
store credit

depending on the circumstances and product availability.


Condition of Returned Items

Where a return is approved:

• items must be returned in a safe and secure manner
• all parts, accessories and packaging (where possible) should be included

Please do not return an item without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process it.


Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing time is generally 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are refundable only where the product is faulty or required to be returned under Australian Consumer Law.


Products Not Eligible for Return (unless faulty)

For hygiene, health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• breastfeeding and nursing items
• wellness and body care products
• intimate or personal use products
• opened consumables
• items marked “final sale”

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
